The requirements are :
a) Passport
b) National Identity card
c) A certified copy of your birth certificate
d) A letter stating the reasons for renouncing your citizenship
e) A letter/certificate from the German authorities indicating that you have been awarded citizenship (in English)
A Renunciation fee will be paid and all processes should be done at the Registrar General’s Office.
The applicant is responsible for the despatch of the forms and additional processes to be done in Zimbabwe.
